These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through Aeroflex Automotive Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Site”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

 

  1. General

Aeroflex Carbon sells carbon fibre and other styling accessories for vehicles.

All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of the Site and any purchases made.

 

  1. Products

Due to the nature of carbon fibre and composite parts, minor variations in weave, finish, or fitment may occur. This does not constitute a defect.

Some products may require trimming, adjustment, or professional fitting. We strongly recommend installation by a qualified body shop or fitter.

All products are sold for motorsport or off-road use only and not intended for road use. We accept no liability if such products are used otherwise.

 

  1. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£). If applicable, VAT will be stated at checkout.

Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

 

  1. Lead Times & Availability

Some products are stocked in the UK; others may be made to order or imported. Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of order.

Any delivery dates are estimates only. Delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or customs are outside our control.

 

  1. Delivery

We ship within the UK and internationally using recognised couriers.

Risk passes to you once goods are delivered to the address provided. Please check goods carefully on delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

Any delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.

 

  1. Returns & Cancellations

For non-customised goods, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and at your cost unless faulty. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Custom-made, special-order, or used products cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount from refunds if items are returned damaged or with signs of use.

 

  1. Warranty & Liability

Products are supplied “as is” with no warranty as to fitness for a particular purpose, unless expressly stated.

Motorsport and styling parts are sold without warranty for road use.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

 

  1. Website Use

All content on this Site, including images, logos, and descriptions, is our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of information, but errors may occur. We accept no liability for reliance on Site content.

  1. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport delays, or supply chain disruptions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
